That being said, Mexico's Andrea Meza was the first former Miss World top three finisher to win Miss Universe. Honestly, Filipino will not be anger like this if you just made the right judgement on that night. We all watched the pageant, we know if our candidates has a high potential of winning than the other candidates, and right after Catriona delivered her answer we knew she will get the title, but unexpectedly you choose Puerto Rico.
