I'm Brazilian, I think many of Niemeyer's works are beautiful, like this pavilion, the criticism he makes here is that the works are visibly beautiful, like sculptures, the functionality is bad. For example, our Congress, which is underground, for a country so sunny, it could take advantage of natural lighting. However, for the instagramer generation, people can take excellent pictures.
