I remember being an extra in this movie, I had no idea it was going to be as big as it was. I would go to school in the daytime, and then take the bus to the crowbar, and be on set til like 2 in the morning while they did takes. I was only a senior in high school, but we needed to look like we had alcohol, so they put redbull in a cup for me. It was a lot of fun. The nostalgia brought me here lol

Black genes and Asians. they usually rarely show signs of aging due to high melanin. Us white people though, we don't do so well with the years unfortunately :(

I have watched this movie so many times. They were so good together. The scene with them dancing to Ice Cube's "put ya back in to it" is etched in my memory. A movie about them being together now would be interesting

These 2 actors had a great chemistry, and both AMAZING actors, they did such a good job in save the last dance. It didn't seem like your typical teenage romantic no brainer, it was serious and very enjoyable to watch

My HS movie! I worked at the theater at the time, so I watched it close to 12 times and took one of the posters. You know, those big ones that they use outside the windows. I think it covered half of my wall. I had the soundtrack and I was wearing color cargo pants and puffy jackets thanks to this movie. Hahaha I still consider it one of my all time favorites.

This came out in a time it was needed. My white best friend had a mixed race child, and ppl on both ends were rather... they were kind of salty. I own this movie and still enjoy it today. The soundtrack reminds me of good times with my friends, all of us from the lightest white to the darkest black.
