Whether it was the input of coworkers or not, let's be real there is no way she could have sat in that chair everyday on The Talk and not have everyone distracted about her husband. The media would have been all over her and the other host about it if she stayed. It would be the elephant in the room every time especially when other similar stories would come up. You also can't forget that when the Bill Cosby thing happened she had a few opinions of her own about the people standing by him like his wife Camille and co star Phylicia Rashad. She had to have known she couldn't stay working there after her husband was accused of the same type of predatory behavior.

Sara Gilbert had to be one of them for sure. She was a producer on the show and got Sharon fired too.

Yeah right. No one on that show forced her to leave. So what if people threatened not to come back? Look how many hosts they have gone through. She left because of the heat on her husband.

She has no compassion for her husband's alleged victims so who cares that she was forced to leave The Talk.

I love BB and it's nothing without her! That said, BE AWARE her husband sexually assaulted employees and was paid to exit. Julie now wears his name as a reminder every week on BB. Be aware no story is ever what it appears. Yeah use GOD. SMH

Well, in her interview with Andy Cohen, she mentions still being in contact with Sheryl and Aisha so it has to be Sharon and Sara.

If they threatened to leave if she came back & she believed them to be friends then they knew something that we didn't. She KNEW what her husband was doing & b/c she was complacent they had enough. I don't believe her.

Not sure why Julie Chen is playing victim here. If she stayed on the talk, it would not be a good look for her. Her husband, les moonves, was the head of cbs at the time, was in a scandal of lawsuits. She had to go because she was sticking by him and it would have not been a fair show. Secondly, Leah remini tried to oust her? Uh no way that would happen since her husband was the head of CBS. Don’t think Leah would step to him like that knowing her job was in his hands.

I believe that those who asked her to leave were Sarah and Sharon.

She waited 5 years to go public about what she says "happened" that forced her to leave. We all know she's standing by her husband even though he had such damaging allegations thrown his way that he had to step down from his position. She said Leah was one of the hosts that tried to force her out i wonder if the other host was Marissa Jaret Winokur cause she also was a one season host who wasn't asked back after Season 1 so that could be a possibility.

So we all know one cohost was Sara, I don’t want to believe it but the other is Eve. For all those saying it’s not Aisha, she wasn’t on the show when Julie left so obviously it’s not her. Julie said on Sherri Shepards show it’s not Sheryl, and she said on Andy Cohen that she spoke to Sharon about 8 months previously, so if she’s still speaking to Sharon and it’s not Sheryl, it’s Sara and Eve.

Julie Chen is great but the problem is her attachment to her husband. Her husband is not a good man in the same vein as the Weinsteins. So I understand how co hosts don't want that attachment and of course they were not allowed to talk about hee husband on the show.

I wonder who the two co-hosts were that wanted her out and would not come back for Season 9, if she was back? I have a feeling one of them was, Sara Gilbert. She is a 💩disturber. Also, I wonder, if those 2 co-hosts made that kind of demand, and the network chose Julie over them. Oh sorry, Julie left. Do you think they would have gotten work elsewhere? Sara talked 💩about Rosanne Barr and the thing is, she was a nobody (like most of the cast on Roseanne) before being on the show. Roseanne even told her to stop talking badly about her or else she would regret it. Roseanne Barr made a huge and stupid mistake, however, it's a forgivable mistake and she apologized for it. The fact that they killed off her character on the return of Roseanne, (later changed to The Connors) so that she could never ever return was disgusting. I never watched The Connors and had no interest in it because of how it was all played. Who the other person was, I can only speculate is Sharon. Sharon and Sara are both very judgy and throw stones at glass houses because they are perfect and never make any kind of mistakes. What did Julie Chen do that was so bad that some of the ladies did not want to work with her? Or was it pure jealousy? Very surprised to hear about Leah Remini however glad they finally made amends. The past can be forgiven only if both parties apologize for their part in the feud. It can't be just ignored.

Listen I like Julie Chen. That being said her being on The Talk while her husband was having his own MeToo based scandal, I don't think it would've been right for her to stay cause I doubt she's gonna wanna talk about it along with the other me too scandals.
