Julien Baker performs at La Maroquinerie in Paris, France… Sept. 22, 2018. Her most recent album, "Turn Out the Lights" was my favorite release of 2017, and this set was one of the best I've seen in years.

really thank you for uploading this , i really wanted to go but my dad didn' t so i couldn't go. ( i'm too young to go alone it was a 3 hour train drive) but really thank you . I hope you had a great evening.
No problem! I'm trying to be a little more timely in posting shows here... I still have quite a few Digital 8 recordings from 2002-2004 to process/upload before the tapes crumble to dust.
Yes, not what I was expecting for the opener, but it was a great set! I kept filming at the end because I was hoping she would come back out to play "Claws in Your Back" for the encore/finale. But I have tickets to her show in London on Saturday so I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
mogwaifeartexas no, unfortunately, I couldn't be there, so I offered my ticket to my mother and she really liked the concert haha. And btw thank you for posting this!
Glad she enjoyed the show, and I hope you like the video! I try to capture as closely as possible what it was like to be there, both for those in attendance as well as anyone who couldn't be there. I have tickets to Saturday's show in London as well, but as it's an O2 venue I probably won't be able to record that one.
