For Half A Mill 😬 Yikes I think people would rather buy a Subaru XV or Xyear old Forrester. Safer, More Spacious and can take on some pretty rough terrain. But that Toyota looks so nice.
I'm a biker and don't criticise if you haven't been on one, ridden one and lived with one. No car can replicate the speed and freedom of being one with machine. The reason why we have loud exhaust pipes is so that cars or cagers can hear us coming. Last thing I expected from you Juliet is to mouth off about us. I have to listen to your singing, so you can listen to the loud exhausts. Fair trade....LOL
@@R1Zig wel nee, in Pta het ons n groot probleem met super bikes wat snags deur woongebiede jaag, geen konsiderasie vir mense wat slaap nie. Waarom haal julle bikes se baffels uit?
@@gertcroukamp5287 ek hoor meer karre so rond jaag en geraas maak met uitlaatpype wat klap soos vuurwerke ens hier waar ek bly in Johannesburg. Ek hoor motorfietse ook (veral oor naweke), maar baie meer motors in die algemeen. As mens in die stad bly moet mens maar verlief neem daarmee dat daar geraas gaan wees, en dis dit. Mense sit vryvloei uitlaatpype op omdat hulle meer krag (ons verloor 17% hier op die hoëveld) kry en omdat dit "beter" klink. Dan laat sommige mense die goed stel sodat hulle kan klap en vlamme skiet ens. Selfde met motorfietse. Hoewel "loud pipes save lives" algemeen aanvaar word dat mense motorfietse beter kan hoor aankom, is dit nie genoegsame rede nie ek stem. Die eerste ding wat waai is die uitlaatpyp. Wetgewing sal dit totaal moet verbied en dan ook sommer enige modifikasie aan jou motor/fiets wat geraas aan betref. Dit sal nooit gebeur nie. Polisiëring van wetgewing in SA is in elk geval nie ons land se sterk punt nie. Duisende wette en niemand wat dit polisiër nie.
Do you not find Toyotas incredibly dull to drive? Every time I have gotten behind the wheel of one, I feel that I could settle in and take a nice long nap. Not the feeling you want a driver to experience.
As a former biker we rev our motors in traffic to create awareness for cagers to know we are there... everyday a biker is wiped out by some idiot cager turning in front of a biker with the idiot excuse I didn’t see them, so maybe you’ll hear us or not with your 140db sound blaring.... just my 2c
