Exactly Kelsey knew better and I know this is an old episode too but if u watch back on the first season Kelsey's jealousy starts the same day she met juliette. Bc she was kissing all over Alex in front of her and Kelsey started frowning at that like she disapproved of it. Later on that night Kelsey and Alex are texting each other she cheated on Garrett with Alex and then when juliette goes after Garrett while he's single thats when Kelsey really starts to hate on her even more. Even though Kelsey did the same thing but worse. So it goes pretty far back they're okay now but they have had a very long history of not getting along and hurting each other.
