Jacksonville Rapper “Gudda Zay” And Two Others Have Been Arrested And Charged With The M**der Of #JulioFoolio. Police Allege They Are Affiliated With The ATK/1200 G*ng. Warrants Have Been Issued For Two Additional Suspects, Bringing The Total To Five People Implicated In This Cr*me. Thoughts?
Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio was murda in a tampa celebration that went left. Officials said the 26-year-old man who murda was Charles Jones, also known by the stage name Julio Foolio. he Jacksonville rapper was known for feuding with other artists and for his involvement in a rivalry. Jones' songs feature hard lyrics and some were about actual murdas.
Officers responded to a 911 call about a incident at 11606 McKinley Drive around 4:40 a.m. on June 23. When law enforcement arrived, they found two vehicles that had been damage at in the parking lot.

They don't need a conspiracy or anything police can (depending on the State) issue a document or order that says there is a clear and present dangerous threat to the community. This document basically makes it so Insurance companies can't or don't have to insure a venue at the time of a performance. This means the organizers, owners etc all become 100% liable if anything unfortunate were to happen. So technically they are not directly canceling his show but by indirect means make it nearly impossible for certain artists and groups to perform. Cos ain't anyone looking at 25-50K net and gonna stake it against potential millions in civil liabilities and damage payments if someone sprays and takes out a bunch of innocents.
