The July Energy Update has arrived. A few of the themes that we're going to look at for this month are:
The Forced Pause of This Time and how it's allowing us to get more in touch with our inner world and our inner power,
Emotional and Structural Instability - how that's showing up in the world, and how that's affecting us internally as well,
And lastly, The Birth of Leadership and Safety in Shining - a time where many of us will feel safer to shine in the world, despite what we may have been through, and what that really means and looks like.

Thank you. I am glad you brought up the fact that some of us are burned out. I was feeling guilty for feeling this way but I have such compassion fatigue right now. I am so tired of watching people acting so entitled and being so self-absorbed. Anyway, now I won't feel so guilty. Thank you.

So grateful for the illumination about the pausing. I'm in the midst of a major life change by moving from one side of the US to the other. I have been trying to get a jump on things, as I'm not a procratinating sort of person. But having the space to breathe and be at a slower pace that I'm appreciating now makes more sense. Thanks so much. Yes, people are so volatile and angry. Just being still and not responding but just listening is my stance. Yes, time to restore and rejuvenate.

I'm finding myself constantly discriminated against for my medical choices. I've been dealing with isolation from friends/family (even though caring for my parents) But I'm strong, I'm detaching with love and I have faith in my source. Thank you Lee

Safety when shining triggered something in me. I used to teach and had an awful experience with a class. I saw it through and after had a great class soon after I left teaching. I didn't fully heal from the bad experience. I now want to facilitate art and meditation groups and I know exactly now what is hindering that. I need to heal that past experience, as you say. Thank you Lee. 😊

I hear you T B, I used to teach as well and had a few horrific experiences along with some wonderful ones. Healing from those bad experiences is challenging for sure, I still have some dreams in which I am trying to manage a group of out of control kids lol!!! I have found that I needed to set personal boundaries and learn to say "no" instead of "yes" to experiences my intuition was warning me about! Asking myself what I learned from this situation has helped. Taking personal responsibility about who/what I allow in my energy field is helping me. I am an artist now and finding a creative outlet so healing! Best of luck to you!!

So powerful, I deeply resonate with about 90% of it 💕✨ wow, it is a little scary but I’m moving fwd even if fear wants to hang around with me lol 😜 I no longer feel the loneliness or boredom, these moments are when I thrive and feel most at peace and connected with myself, maybe because I’m also sensitive around certain energies or maybe it’s because I haven’t found “my tribe” nevertheless, i am super excited for the rest of Summer, I feel at a good spot, it’s not perfect everyday but well, I am human after all 😅 thank you for sharing your gifts with us, have a blessed and magical July, Lee and everyone else, take care of YOU first and foremost 🌟

This resonates with me so much and gives me some needed perspective. Feel as though I am in the process of everything dissolving so that something new can emerge. I feel overwhelmed and exhausted frequently as though my soul is raw, tender and absorbing the pain of this world energetically. To be patient and allow the process to unfold feels excruciating at times. Thanks so much Lee for the guidance you offer. It's deeply appreciated. @Jb Me, too! Filing for divorce, my choice, after domestic violence. Have to let go of my less than 1 year old "dream" house. Despite every creative solution that my mind came up with, none of them felt right. Finally came to resolution that I must give up the house. Was reminded by my daughter that nothing new/better will come until I finish moving my possessions out of the house. Now I am starting to get excited about finding my next home. So many dreams for that house- entertaining friends, creating a permaculture garden, etc will now be replaced with new dreams and adventures. 🥰

It’s true Lee…There has been so many interruptions in the past 2+ years, but, in between feeling stuck or stopped, there has been real clearing of deep emotional layers, and then, connection to a bigger heart-centered collective consciousness. I know now how to step back in peaceful solitude, and that I need grounding to recharge myself. Balancing my boundaries is still a work in progress.Every once in a while, I find old patterns of ‘fixing’ showing up. But, I see it now with clarity and more self-growth in kindness rather than judgement, even when I’ve made a mistake. Letting go of “old stuff” is a marvelous release. Thank you Lee for shining your Light, Love and Truth all around our globe. 🙌🌎🌟🌍🌟🌏💓☮️☯️💟🙏🏼

The forced pause and the giving and receiving is bang on...another aspect of giving and receiving may be that some of us may never have conceptualised what it is to receive (or give) and it is time now to know that in our hearts so that we can be of greater service to the greater good... July is certainly full on. Having to juggle two jobs and dealing with a friends death , being appointed next of kin to deal with the affairs for the family overseas. I automatically went into leadership to be the bridge between deceased and family. Grateful I am able to do this for the family and deceased however pretty full on . Being aware of self care. Two of these things happening , the deceased & one job are completions of my past. Interesting to say the least. I am so relieved to hear you talk about how some people are experiecing boredom...I've really been struggling with this AND feeling SO so guilty about feeling bored as I see people face literal life or death in the world. I’ve had so many “stops” on things I wanted to do……now I see. Time to go within. Acceptance and trust is key. Clarity yes. Do I let go of a career I love …not seeing doors open. In the chrysalis.
