Those Marvel UK issues are from the mid 90s. They were a line introducing a bunch of new characters with story and art by British talent. Paul Neary, who unfortunately recently passed away was the Editor In Chief. They did sprinkle in some normal Marvel characters to boost sales. I found almost all these titles pretty forgettable. Maybe a character or two lasted beyond the couple of years they were printed.
