Hi , also a Gemini. 53, and same with health issues, mainly gut, because of anxiety, lack of control of mind. i would say that most of my issues result from over-exerting and never solidly planting my feet. always here and there. this is all the sign of poor mind management. watch the mind, it will cause all your health issues, all. do heavy meditation excercises, until you become heavy and so heavy that you subdue the mind. one excercise can be imagining your feet have roots tied deeply within the earth's core, so deep and so many sub roots that you cannot do much. you are stuck and very very slowly can move. spend this month and the next 6 months on doing this heaviness, ball and chain excercise .. and trust, that you are doing nothing.
