When I stayed at my sister's house I finally had time to paint again. Life was so slow for some days, it was much needed among all the physical work on the farm. I returned to the farm with new energy, strength and inspiration. The garden is growing wildly and I harvested the first cucumbers and zucchini of the year. What a great feeling. There is also slow but constant progress with the old farmhouse. For two days it was so cold that I fired the wood stove and the smell in the room reminded me of my grandma's house in the very north of Austria.
Life feels like a sea and I try to stay calm in the stormy waves.
