Excited to see what you got through! I love Empties! By the Sea is such a beautiful ocean scent We did this recently also and loved it🩵 I have experienced the same with bakery from RG ! I double bag to try to help. I don’t generally gravitate to bakery unless its smoky too. I feel like RG fall/ winter blends are so strong!! ❤️ Oh my goodness, Weekend getaway sounds amazing! oh gosh… Now I hope I picked up bougie !! I just checked, and hallelujah pass the biscuits !!! I did get it!! 🙌 I don’t know about soy wax either. I feel like it needs longer time to cure. I haven’t tried any the mystery sampler yet. I was thinking I would give them a try in September. Hey Summer how exciting, it’s so fun to get thru stuff and get the collection down. Now I just have to learn that when my collection goes down it does not mean order double or triple of what I just got thru. 😂 Oh man I love by the sea, such a great scent. Rose Girls fresh scents last a really long time as well. I agree her bakery needs to be used up within a year. I struggle with soy wax sometimes as well. Oooh cool water and lavender that sounds like an amazing blend. Great empties Summer 👏👏👏
If you say snowcone by the sea 3 times Alexis shows up at your door. Same with Surfside sweet shop 😅😅😅 I recently got a little bit of snowcone by the sea and on cold the cherries are so strong! But I'm cherry averse 😅
I don’t have experience warming soy wax melts. However, I have burned soy candles and they definitely have a cleaner burn. A local vendor has soy candles and wax melts. I had noticed that some of the scents were stronger than others but I did enjoy them.
Hi Summer! Can you explain to me the less is more thought process please. In this video you mentioned that you didn't get much scent from one of your melts and asked for advice. You said you put 3/4 oz in each of 2 warmers. Why would using less wax help to strengthen the scent? I actually started increasing my Scentsy wax to get better throw. I figured I bought the wax to enjoy it so I'm not going to skimp on the amount I need to put a smile on my face!! 😁 For example, I now use an entire bar in my living room (2 cubes in 4 warmers) rather than just 1/2 bar (1 cube per warmer). Heaven knows I have enough wax! In the case of Scentsy for me the scent is stronger and lasts longer using the whole bar. I don't know why or when I should use less wax. TY!
I've heard that soy wax doesn't have as good of a shelf life. But I haven't tried it personally. Have you tried the olive oil formula from lavender and speckles? How is it?
