July Day in the Life | Flower Garden, My First Kettle, Tiny Zucchini Harvest 

I love zucchinis, ever made zucchini pancakes?! If not, do... assuming you have enough! Basically grate one, about 1lb, drain it. Add 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of sour cream, a chopped clove of garlic, handful of chives, salt and pepper. Mix. Fry pancakes (about a heaped tablespoon of batter) on a medium heat for about 2-4 minutes each side. .. now lard is the best, but oil will do! Best thing about late summer!
