It looks like a lovely garden, Amy. I love the tabby cat visiting. My cats visit me in the garden, too.

Considering it's the first year in that ground, your garden has done very well. We've planted german johnson tomatoes for 25 years and they have always been exceptional tomatoes for us. They make delicious juice too. Totally agree with you on the weed cloth. We've used it for 3 years and it's a game changer. Congratulations on your beautiful miracle.

Thanks for taking us along!🙂 Your garden and mine are quite similar, even down to the kitty hanging with the chickens. 😄 I fully agree with you on the Contender green beans. Mine have really struggled the last couple years. I planted some in partial shade and they're doing much better. Last year I'd planted some saved seed of Amish Paste and got some that were 1# each! It's so true that saved seed performs better than new.😊 Blessings! 💜

Is a very nice garden! My tomatoes and onions were a flop this year. Abagail (spelling ?) is so cute and cuddly looking.

I’m sorry you don’t have much luck with your romas. They are my favorite & I can tons of them in my salsa.

I LOVE landscape fabric...it's amazing for watermelon and pumpkins...those huge vining plants that you just can't keep up with the weeds on. ALL of my Opalka and Italian Heirloom tomatoes have been decimated by BER...well, all have really struggled with no help at all from calcium. But those paste tomatoes have given me zero tomatoes. 😭

Hi Amy, I love watching your channel and have a great desire to learn more about medicinal teas and wondered if you may be able to suggest some books and/or websites for diving into making teas. Also, congratulations on the birth of your baby girl!!

Amish paste and opalka are so much better if you're constantly dealing with blossom end rot. After 3 yrs of dealing with it I'm done with those varieties

How do you get your basil not to get bitter? I found anytime my basil gets to seed or I grow it over summer I am plagued with Downey mildew and bitter flavor Also with the onions I got hit from the onion maggot, it hit my garlics too. Decimated the onions in their transplant stage and the garlic it got into some of the stems and stunted them drastically. Idk if that’s what hit your onions but it definitely looked a lot like what yours did. They had a few green shoots and the maggot gets into the stem/neck area and they Flop over and just never grow/or they rot. Your garden looks lovely! Love your videos!!!
