thank you! and that's honestly a hard question. i don't think I can pinpoint a particular book more so than a time of life. I was reading a lot of heavy fantasy novels when I started reading in 2018, and when pandemic hit and I started really struggling with my anxiety I couldn't read those anymore. they would trigger me. so I picked up a more romance only book and then another and then another and fell in love with the genre. I found I needed the HEA and they were a lot less triggering for me than those epic adult fantasies.
