You know how they remade Hunter X Hunter in 2011 and Fruits Basket inn2019, i wish they would do the same thing with yu yu Hakusho using the 2008 ova series character models and designs.
I don't think that's a good idea, because there's 3 reasons why it isn't on the game 1: it's not really popular i guess 2: it's ugly and creepy 3: it would be really hard to they to to do an reanimation on the MOVESET
When that form was created it was only used once because hiei was gonna be a one off character. But they decided to keep him in. That design is ugly anyways in my opinion. You can tell it was a one off character design.
its moments like this where you kinda wished yu yu hakusho started started nowadays instead of the 90s, cause if yu yu hakusho started today then it most definitely would've gotten its own Naruto storm type game.

Let me put this in perspective for you, Right after Naruto the anime officially ended in 2018 because Naruto vs Sasuke was literally the end frankly, I literally saw a stupid women bitching about Naruto as well as bitching about Hinata as well. Now look at what Yusuke, and Keiko as well as what Yusuke does to and with Keiko sometimes. Need I say more?

@@JC_1000 That's one of the main reasons why I never finished watching/reading the final arc after I found out about that. Hate it when that happens with authors and directors of certain movies, creative interference just screws everything up. I would've LOVED to see how the war arc would've played out.

Why so much hate for this game? I cant find any others with yu yu hakusho chars or hunter chars. This looks decent. I dont care how it stacks up to the other dbz style games in this genre. why the hate for this game?
Most likely disappointment from it not being as great as they expected in addition to an initially not particularly high roster of characters, as well as an underwhelming story with only one truly good antagonist who's actually the hardest to beat, and not the final boss who was just really unbalanced in addition to being bland with a bitch, who's even more easy to beat than he is.
He have wonderful moves. One of the greatest dlc characters in the game for me. Quick, Agile an dangerous at any distance. Too bad the only move he teaches to the CAW is the purgatory flame. I would have adored to have the black flame sword... or the dragon. I mean, okay, he does activate a third eye when he use it, but would have it been so hard to allow the CAW to launch the damn thing without it ? It became a constant thing since a while : only leave one or two moves for customization (preferably the weakest or hardest to land) and leave the rest to the original character. The only time it wasn't made was with Law : they allowed the use of his awakening... and ONLY his awakening. That's one of my greatest griefs with that game, alongside the lack of combination move for the CAW : I mean, honestly, is there anyone here who use the Avan Strash Arrow and Break ? Alone, they are the weakest moves in the entire game : they only become powerful (and useful) when combined.
Personally, i was disappointed. my favorite character of all time and yet they were so lazy with him. no sword attacks even though he might be the greatest swordsman in the demon world. and his ultimate is not as intimidating as it should be.
