Oh man! What Injury are you fighting though? I've had so many I should get a badge 🤣 I might be able to give some suggestions. Quick Tip: Often it is less about how high you can jump and its more about how FAST you can tuck your knees up.

Obviously I'm standing in a front stance trying to do an on the spot jump kick with my back leg. It's kinda tricky no? I've been trying to jump but my sensei says I'm not getting it. As of my injury. It's an internal one, an accident resulted in a huge bruise in my left thigh.. the back of my knee and the side part as well😅 Now it's almost back to normal but it just hurts sometimes. Damn. Tysm.. @@KaratePlaybook I really have another question: Have you some tips how to focus a spot while doing kata in a tournament? I have bad eyes (eyesight under 50%), so it`s hard to focus when everything is blurred (and/or moving in den back) ...
Great question. A lot of it depends on your personal fighting style but I suggest to "always be working". Meaning that when I am not attacking I am using fakes and tests to get them to do whatever I want.
