JUMP INSTRUCTIONS: How to Bungee Jump 

I'm saving this video for the day I'm going to bungee jump!

For anyone wanting to bungee jump, PLEASE watch these type of videos, form is REALLY important, my form was really shit when I jumped for the first time and I started to spin uncontrollably, I probably did 13 FULL spins at a really high speed (while I was upside down) and I was nausious the next 2 days with a headache

How do u get back up

The staff there are also incredibly helpful the day of the jump to help you feel comfortable and walk you through it

Love this informative video. Yesterday, Sept 24th, I tired to bungee here in California but could not find the courage to leap. I stood at the edge 3 different occasions but couldn't throw myself over. I've been thinking about why fear too over and how I let it control me. I weight 226 lbs. and was the heavier of our group and kept thinking that I weighted more. I will conquer this fear but how fast I build up the courage is bugging me.

I think im gonna have to do a body harness tho. I think thats always what scared me the most about seeing bungee jumping before haha just being attached by your ankles. Even if they are both the same safety, its definitely different mentally

What if you don't want to bungee jump for fun? What if you want to do it because you want to have some realizations in your life? And knowing you could die is just the thrill you need to fix yourself from depression?

Does this jumping create any spinal problems? Because body weight free fall and suddenly the rope catches the spine. It's scary when I thought about that😱

Do some people faint when falling (like we sometimes see in amusement parks' rides)?

solo when I goo I am doing the body harnessed I'm doing a backward so I can feel what is like when they do it in anime(e.g. when dazai fall from the roof of the building)

Idk how i went from " i would NEVER do that!" To "i seriously want to try it and planning my first go" in like 10 years haha gusss life and my 20s really did it. I still dont know if ill have the balls but it looks seriously amazing and slightly less scary than skydiving 🤣

not sure how the cord works but i always wondered what if you came up back to where u started and hit your head on the walkway. or is that not possible.
