sir, in clark site it shows 30k for msit program for 2 years but in estimated finance its shows around 18k for 1 year only and with add ons of living fooding its rise up to 39k.I am bit confuse it's annual fee for MSIT is 18k for 1 year or 15k ..can you plz help me to sort out this problem as i am a accepted student and going to join clark in fall
Hi, thanks for watching and please call me Vijay. Correct way to calculate and understand fees structure is as follows. (Don,t look at the number of years , look at the number of Courses you need to complete to finish your masters.) IF cost of your 1 Course is 3000 USD, then in order to complete your masters program that is 10 courses overall , then just multiply the cost of 1 program with 10 (3000 * 10 = 30,000 USD) this 30K, is your pure tuition fees no matter you do that in 2 years or 3 years. Expect these 30 K , now University will have some extra one time payment things, health insurance, etc etc...add them. Then calculate your per month living expense(Rent , utility , groceries etc etc) That will be your final expenditure Hope it clears the doubt. Great informative video bro, but when I tried to contact they asked for 1 month rent in advance before even reaching there. That’s why I didn’t move forward with them.
hey Avinash, See the process is you talk to the real landlord through proper channels, they talk about the rules regulations clearly and Make sure to have a video call discussion. Then if the person is not in USA as of now, you can sign a Online lease and while you do that you can pay some amount as a token, but Paying all is not required (Try to negotiate this, this wont work for everyone.) Long story short, try to make sure that the person you are talking with is the correct landlord and not a scam.
