So That's how! Very good - you are excellent at breaking down the training into "bite size" bits, Emily! We needed some rainy day new training. Another great video, thanks Emily! I'm currently teaching my standard poodle how to jump through a hula hoop and she is nailing it and having heaps of fun. Also love how happy and you are in this video, Bliss definitely brings you lots of joy, living up to his name :)

ghehe great advice don't look through the loop!! maybe leave disclaimer, im a prof trainer, working with dogs can be painful sometimes respect tooth and claws. You really have grown and learned a lot after al these time, i still remember you as shy, take care and be careful 😘

you're sweet. Your pooch knows the drill (haha) put a Kibble snack on your shoulder and control the response (not a lunge). I have done similar training and then recess for pets. An obedient family member whether 4 or 2 legged is always admired.

What a helpful video, as usual! Question: what type of a vet or facility do you take your dogs to for evaluation of hips?

just regular vet but send the xrays to ofa. you can just get a regular vet to evaluate them, ofa can give an official score

My puppy is six months old. How old should he be for this trick? I heard you say something about that he could jump over because he’s an adult. Is that one year?
