Bonjour il y a quelques astuces à la fin de la vidéo. Vous pouvez toujours utiliser des demi-perles et les coller sur les trous, alors ce sera plus lisse.

Khushii Bansal is your paper thicker? For me, 15.9 x 15.9 cm are enough. measure the width of the box above and add 0.2cm + 2.5cm + 2.5cm. then you have the right box lid for yours

It’s normal, because both sides must be equally tight. then you need to tighten or loosen one side. It is not easy ..
