overall this is a cinematic masterpiece. the editing is top notch. the soundtrack is emotional in a way that is just not found in modern films. the plot was simple yet, i was on the edge of my seat the entire time. the ending (although saddening for those rooting for characters of the insect kind) sends a powerful message about the brutality of nature even on the smallest scales. this film gets 5 stars from me. we may never such greatness as “jumping frogs” ever again
Haha epic! Music was great and the shots were super high quality and it looks amazingly close! I filmed my frogs in the backyard and I hoped I had a new thing but you beat me to it :P
Clicked on this to show my son some jumping frogs, but the focus appears to be on grasshoppers. The actual frog jumping is in slow motion and I have to say, those frogs are not graceful! I also doubt Hans Zimmer is aware of his involvement.
