19. Jump and spin around counter clockwise, landing on the same spot to form a left L-stance toward C while executing a middle guarding block to C with a knife-hand.
When we watch the video we see two practitioners performing a punch while walking forward.
If we look closely we can see that the swinging action of the arm and fist is different between the front performer and the back individual. The person in the front makes a large swinging action with the forefist and forearm pointing towards the ground at the halfway point of the swing. I have seen many instructors teaching this way. The other performer however maintains his forearm horizontal to the ground and forefist pointing forward throughout the swing with a much smaller movement, this is in my opinion the correct way to perform this technique since this ensures the muscle tension is correct throughout the technique.
