I wander if he can jump rope longer than 15 seconds before turning into a crack head speed demon lol. I've never seen him go for more than a couple seconds. But hey, I could be wrong.
Amer al- houssiny you are always burning both - the difference is: of the Calories you burn, how much percent is fat. That has to do with your Pulse and the intensity. A 30 minute high-intensity-workout (pulse 180) burns approximatly 300 kcals of which is 30 % fat, a 30 Minute workout with pulse 130 burns 150 kcals, 50 % of it fat. (Now it's about doing the Maths.^^) I would think this is a High-intensity workout, so it burns many calories and therefore fat, too. You aren't quite burning less fat than by doing a lower-intensity workout: its the percentage that counts, and also its up to your goals. If you just want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you put into your body (caloric deficit), NOT especially fat. So this exercise is great, but you will only lose the weight if you dont eat all the calories back in! Hope i helped you (:
