CO's have no clue what kind of impact they can have on some inmates. I think he became the father figure he so needed & deserved. They're also rarely thanked for their service so I want to thank you for your service & all you did. He did find the retired CO & met him with their families & took the CO & family to Hawaii for a beautiful vacation & it was so awesome.
