iKON has changed to being separated by two apartments in the same building for quite a long while, though, around the end of 2017. June and Bobby are still in the same apartment together with Jinan and Donghyuk, but they all each got their own rooms. Edit: But if you're referring to "roommate" as them not being in the same room, since I don't remember which members were in the same rooms together back then, then I get it.
this is because they are aries and sagittarius I swear. I have two sisters one is aries and other is sagittarius and they just can't stand each other. the one who is sag always being loud and being a dork. and aries doesn't like it. and of course they are pretty awkward with each other and sag one is scared of aries one but anyway enjoys joking around cause that's funny
i think they both admire the other the most in the group so they got kind of awkward.. you know when you really look up to someone and they seem way too cool and unattainable for you and you get all shy and awkward when close to them but all you really want is for them to like you and you get afraid of ruining the chance by being yourself
