As the one who invented the deck in first place (finalist in a big italian tournament, then it started being played online), i'm so glad so many people tried it. Also, heap harvest looks like a nice addition!
great! how did you come up with the idea - was it something that just naturally came up or did you base your thought process off of something already there (like the 'mbc' golgari lists out there)
@@Pi1234561 i tought that the deck needed a proactive gameplay and some threats besides avenging hunter, since in a fast meta initiative can be hard to keep. If you want, on Pauperwave website, you can find a primer of the deck for free (although it's in italian)
@@Pi1234561 i thought the deck needed a proactive plan and a different threat from avenging hunter, since you can't really rely on initiative in various MU. Also, red allows you play better sideboard cards in order to improve difficult mu like kuldotha (breath weapon), affinity (gorilla, grudge, cast) and Ux control (pyroblast)
Yeah man, this deck is sweeeeeet!!! My fav deck in pauper right now. Im even trying to brew some finishers for it to have some fun. I can tell u my ideas if u want :)
HOLY HECK BIG D! So, here I am this morning, playing some pauper on MOTO, and I happen to scroll through my ridiculously large friend's list because I forgot the exact name of a 2nd account I use, and BOOM, there I see deluxeicoff in my friends list and then it instantly hit me like a lightning bolt carrying a ton bricks and I remembered that a few years ago we ran in to each other playing pauper and we both had absurd brews at the time that we both liked and we ended up chatting theory for an hour while playing and gave each other a bunch of tips and opinions of the brews. Then played off and on for a few weeks with more theory crafting. Even with watching your content at the time, to me, you were just a rando and I had no idea it was you. Kinda blew my mind when I realized I randomly ran in to one of my favorite creators incognito and shared a moment in time without ever knowing each other. Anywho, thanks for the content good sir. You were really cool and humble and very engaged with our discussion. Right on dude, you're a real one.
I've got a starling right now that's doing what you imagine a cool crow would do; she's taking a nap on my shoulder right now. I found her in the garden the next day after a raccoon raided her nest as well as many gardens in my neighborhood.
