fatal push doesn't go under dauthi because destroy is not a state based effect comparing to i.e. lightning bolt, please rtfm

Why didn't Liliana kill the ooze earlier?

I'm not sure I feel like using Liliana early is the way to go. That being said scooze is a less known card for the 8 rack player since they didn't play during the early days of modern with the abzan chord decks or traditional jund so maybe they just misevaluated the power of ooze?
