What is Magic Eye Technique?
Magic Eye technique is a way to shift your eyes’ focus.
It is very useful in Spot the Difference competitions of June’s Journey.
Let’s revise on some basic tips that can help us in using Magic Eye technique:
1 - When learning the ME technique, try to play in a darkened room. The differences appear as shimmering objects, which are easier to see if you are in a dark environment.
2 - If you are short-sighted, you may try playing without your glasses, but I found that I can play better if I wear my glasses.
3 - Relax. Remember to take a deep breath and keep yourself calm.

Worked perfectly for me after some practice. I varied it as I went along and what eventually worked best was crossing my eyes then as I slowly uncrossed one picture was clear in the middle and the differences didn’t necessarily “shimmer” but looked more transparent while the rest of the picture was sharp and focused.

You explain so well and looks so easy but I really can’t see any shimmer ..it’s just so hard 😢

Oh… in my example, can you pick out the spectacle / glasses as the difference? Also, maybe try to play in a darker room, and increase the brightness of your device.

I can see the 3 pictures, but you can't focus on the third picture to see the difference.It disappears from my site when I do that and I don't see any shimmer.Thanks anyway

Hmm my eyes only stop on the correct placement briefly. For example, on the face and circle, I find it moves the left circle all the way to the right - it doesn’t pause in the middle to combine them.

I didn’t really tried beyond seeing a blurry 3rd my first time, so it didn’t work for me. However, after horning it into a crisp picture, I can clearly see the shimmer in the differences. The only 2 obstacles are that I have to try twice at hard in seeing tiny object shimmers, and that I can’t pane and zoom the picture while doing cross eyes yet. Still, it’s an interesting strategy, so thank you for that!
