Also if you're checking campfire and theres not many people in the area, make your own group/meetup. If you're gonna be around the area (say busy shopping centre or park, or trainstation) it can't hurt to make a meetup or group there anyways. Just be safe!
I started playing the week Mega Rayquaza was in raids, didn't even know what a raid was at the time xD I'm gonna show up to the elite raid gym at 1pm hopefully there'll be people there!

I think you should play Makuhita Spotlight hour because Shadow Hariyama is 4th or 5th best fighting Pokemon, and I don't see Makuhita spawning too often
Its crazy how people see niantic as money hungry but then people also complain that they are throwing away money by not letting you spend any on rayquaza
It's quite perplexing. With the increased amount of in-game tickets, they do want more money. However, their "vision" of the game pushes them to make decisions that discourage players from spending money.
Niantic is probably slow-rolling players to play other events and prep for another mega ray day in future. They don't want people to walk away with best poke that easily and quit game maybe is my guess
Your channel is great, and I've enjoyed it a lot recently. Just want to mention that I avoid some creators that constantly complain about the game. I play it casually to enjoy some downtime and don't want to watch jaded creators who just bash the game. That's no fun. With that in mind, I wish you wouldn't say stuff like that 😴 (Niantic trying to kill the game)
I started playing 7 days ago and completed my Team rocket special research. I haven't gotten the A troubling situation or any other researches though? I know some are time limited but isn't the first one all time access? I only got the latest one :( Or am I missing something to trigger that?
Hmmm that's interesting, normally players unlock "A Troubling Situation" first and then they can unlock the one that's in rotation. Which one did you just complete?

Imagine this were basketball....would we tolerate them moving the basket across town between each shot, which essentially what elite raids are, no we would laugh and go home because the idea is stupid. Niantic better thank Arceus that they landed pokemon because these types of ideas in any other game wouldn't fly.
