Judging by the Howard Miller logo, I'd have to say this clock was made in the late 90s at the earliest. Starting in 1988, movements had a letter associated with the year, meaning A for 1988, B for 1989, and so on. Then in 2014, double letters, like AA came in. I hope this helps.
