Its safe to say that both side of the island are seeimgnimpressive shots of stripers right now into the 50-pound class. The jumbos didn’t make a Montauk showing yet but fish to 30 pounds keep anglers busy out that way. Fluking is seeing forward progress with some double-digit fish recorded in the last week along the South Shore of the island.
