Absolutely beautiful, how blessed we were to have June as part of our lives growing up. I remember her most from the old Mike Walsh show, and how much fun she was as a guest. God bless you June, and thank you.
Absolutely smashing. I saw June at the Intimate Theatre in Palmers Green on 6th June 1975 and she had just returned from a working cruise at lunchtime that day and had gone straight to a rehearsal for this appearance on The David Nixon Show on ITV, which was broadcast on 9th June. She then dashed to the theatre and said she had not had time to do her hair so quickly worked on it backstage with the aid of an egg whisk! She won the packed house over in seconds! Wonderful singer.
