It’s been a lovely month of creativity!
The grasses are drying nicely and I’m loving my freshly dyed dress. The old color was just too pale and I kept considering getting rid of the dress completely but I made some alterations and with the new color I’m so glad I kept it. It was originally a thrift store find!
To learn more about dyeing with plants and working with mordants I highly recommend Botanical Colors based on Seattle. The liquid plant dyes are wonderful and they have easy to follow online instructions.
