Let's set up the month of June 2024 for success! Today I show you how I set up a year, month, and quarter in advance using my perpetual calendars. I cannot tell you how much time and frustration I have saved by having a month at a glance prefilled out with all of my master task items. Master task items for me are birthdays, holidays, recurring bills, etc that happen every single month in a year regardless of what year it falls on. My master list also tells me what I should be planning for in the month that is due as well as aids me in looking ahead so that I am already working on next months events and projects. Once everything is filled out all I have to do is follow the plan. That is what your planner should be and do for you. Your planner is a tool that is meant to help you, not hinder you. ***My quarterly planning sheets are what I use to plan a year in advance. The top part is all of the items from the perpetual calendar. As I get closer to the month things get added or removed and what I actually plan for the month, the final draft, goes on the quarterly flip out as shown in the video. I didn’t explain this in the video so I wanted to make sure to add it here. Hopefully that makes sense.
