I think this is just the tip of the iceberg. They should also expose the old, rich, and influential people behind cameras. The directors, producers, investors, etc. Show them that NOBODY is above the law!

There is enough evidence to link the mentioned people to the crime (e.g. the golden phone) and the fact that all of them retired is enough of a sign to me that they are aware of being exposed. No matter how they got into it, they are to be held responsible for their decisions. If you truly care for them you wouldn't desperatly try to deny the facts but hope they get what they deserve and maybe someday be forgiven.

It does go beyond this sadly. I read a post on Twitter that the police involved in these illegal activities also have covered up the disappearance of a reporter and a murder of a detective. These two people were investigating the claims that were happening in the Burning Sun and I forgot the name of the other club involved. If you read the post, this issue about SeungRi is so big in Korea because it connects to other crimes that have happened in the past and are somehow connected to these celebrities and corrupt police hiding their illegal crimes in these clubs

That's the reason why the reporter who exposed what was going with the SeungRi case had to report her findings to Korea's association where they handle crimes within Korea...I forgot the name but I know there's a video on that. The reporter knew she couldn't hand her evidence to the police department because she knew it would "disappear." The reporter is smart for handling something so big and risked her life. She opened Pandora's box by exposing the small fry first and that is starting the chat rooms with SeungRi and his sick group of friends

idk about ateen but the sopa thing kind of came out a little while ago and the police are focusing on it as well. there is not just one team of police in korea and that isnt as much of a Big case as this bc some of these idols had influence all over the world. this is way different bc these idols that people were in love with for years turn out to be rapists

@Derek Let be real most people would let thing slide for their friends, family ect. And I think there’s a lot of factors for it. If you want an example just remember how many time you saw a fight/scene of intimidation and didn’t stop it or report it to a teacher ect, thinking it wasn’t your business or else. Mage if Jungkook would’ve been apart of something like this or any other member of BTS or other big idol group I’m not supporting that idol anymore. Buttles ha another point is that some people refuse to look past their idol’s facade. a lot of these idols put up a completely different personality instead of who they really are and when they get exposed, people refuse to believe it because of how they have seen their idol act. people need to realize and accept that idols are not perfect people and that a lot of them are not the same in real life.
I am litterally crying rn. Many kpop idols have left the kpop industry. Some are just involved not because they want to but because someone sent it to them (jjy). Nice to see this getting the exposure it deserves. Hopefully this will cause change in society and attitude in S.Korea about behaviour toward women and other issues too but I think this will be a problem for a long time though. Powerful rich men still operate at the top and this only got exposed because the men involved are celebrities. Until those rich men are brung down will change happen and we will see improvement. Some women in power too will help.
I hope everyone knows that your idols that you come to know and love can be pretty different behind camera... they are human too and are imperfect so don’t think that they are the same cute and perfect oppas you see in camera.
