The fact that Ik-sun sat there waiting for him for over 2 hours shows that she doesn't wanna run from their relationship and what they had anymore.. slowly but surely, Bidulgi will fly again!💜

Bidulgi is getting there, we just have to be patient. Rather than their story being dragged already, I believe this is just how normally it goes for a relationship to be fixed. It's not easy for them and we cannot blame them. Obviously, they still like each other and just like what songhwa said, "Just wait. Something will come along."

These four boys of Hospital Playlist have their own special qualities when it comes to handling their romantic relationships, but Jun-wan is my personal bias. He is so mature and understanding and very straightforward that you don't have to second guess what he feels and what he wants. ❤

Kwak Sun-young's screen time might be not as much as other love interests but she nailed every. single. time! Her acting is just superb. Hopefully she'll get the recognition she deserves.

Crying at how good their acting 😭 Especially when Iksun said "I still have feeling for you". The hesitant expression?! The heavy breathing?! I lovee their love journey is soooo realistic.

You can tell they really like each other, and that they are just aching for each other’s love. This show is just out of this world!

As Ik-Jun said in a past episode in S1, this one's been the longest and most serious relationship for Jun-Wan. And more importantly, even after they broke up, he never even bothered to go out on a date with someone else. Instead, he just worked and worked and managed to be his usual self with his friends, though deep inside you know he is hurting. On the other hand, Ik-Sun also had issues from a painful past relationship, which explains why she was scared to go all out and and just went ahead with giving him up based merely on Ik-Jun's "assumption" of Jun Wan's girlfriend's selfishness (not knowing it was his sister). For whatever it's worth, at least they are now able to partly sort it out and I sense they, too, will have a happy ending. They were so cool and funny in S1, that has to be seen again by end of S2. :)

I love how mature they are in handling this. Iksun coming clean to Junwan once and for all. It's obvious they still love each other, but we didn't get a closure yet, PD & writer's trademark. I believe in our Bidulgi couple!

One of the reasons why Junwan is my bias is because I see him as a character and not an actor. For some reason, I get that sense of realism from him the most among the five. I find it amazing how he manages to have that distinct persona for each type of interaction (as a doctor, friend, mentor/superior, lover), and with consistency at that. Perhaps it's because his character is well written and his scenes are well-acted and well-executed. Oh and btw, what's with Kdrama clip captions using the actors' real names instead of the characters'? They make them sound like gossip headlines or something haha! :)

I am so relieved that Iksun apologizes first. She needs to learn to trust Junwan, and he deserves it because he is always tristworthy. This couple is so mature. Hanging on! I am sure they will be fine and happy as they are made for each other.

Junhwan has been my fav since he confessed to Iksun. I wont be able to forget that smooth move: hold her hand after he removed the chocolate Iksun offered to him. From that moment on, I go KYAAAAAHHHHH on all their romantic moments. 🥰🥰🥰

I'm sure I'm not the only one.... I just hate what the writers turned their relationship into. The writing for this drama is usually marvelous and unique, especially the relationship ones, be it friendship or love relations. That's the strong point of HP and why a lot of people love it to pieces....And I loved Jun Wan and Ik Sun's relationship so much in season 1. They are both head strong characters with a really goofy and lovely side. But this boring "I broke up with u, because I thought it's the best for u, but I still love u after more than a year"- trope.... is something I expect of dramas with bad writing. This isn't something both their amazing characters deserved and it disappointed me hugely how uncreative the writers are with their relationship. It's sad. Just really sad! I loved Ik Sun, but this made her look so bad and immature. Sigh... what were the writers smoking?

The first ship in HP that sailed,I'm not losing hope for Bidulgi,they love each other so much,no doubt about that..still rooting for Bidulgi,hwaiting Jun Wan and IkSun.

Many people don't like them as couple, even since season 1. Mostly because they didn't liked Iksun cause Iksun didn't chased Junwan for months, didn't wanted to get married or gives priority to her career. I liked what she did because why will woman always sacrifice their career for love, when man goes to outside of country it's normal but for woman it selfish. I didn't like how Iksun broke up. It was really horrible I would say. But still she did because she didn't wanted Junwan to suffer because of her. She's not perfect like other characters that's how human are. But they are my favourite because that is how real relationship is. Junwan's love for Iksun has tested. Because before he used to jump from one relationship to another another in 3 months. But he didn't moved from IkSun even after one year.

this is why i love bidulgi so much! there's no such thing as perfect relationship. there will be insecurities, uncertainties, and flaws but it's alright, as long as we're brave enough to accept and face them, slowly. they'll get through this!!

I dont know where k drama writers get their confessing scenes but they be good like butterflies in the stomach good. They make you feel that you might stumble upon this in ur lifetime

This is one of my favorite scene in this series. The ex-relationship are come back. The conversation between them is really touch and the song “is it still beautiful (여전히 아름다운지)” at the perfect timing. Everything in this scene is so real. Waiting to see the what will happen to them next episode 🥺🥺🥺 or give them the next season is much better

Love the last episode, 2 last minute give me nervous but i I think IF its IJ or JW who injured, its not life threatening. Because SH still go on a date, if one of his best friend on bad condition I don't think he will leave the hospital. Lowkey hope its ikjun. So we can get famous ER scene iksong version 😁😁 My fav highlight this eps: - THIS SCENE. Thank you ikjun! - SH buying Minha's mom antacids - SH and JW relationship. This two probably has the least interaction with each other and so many differences. But when Jae hak call, JW told him to trust SH. He knows his friend. - IJ and JW relationship. This two so special to me. They fight and teasing alot. But we can see how fond they are with each other. Even when with L5 they usually had each other back. - IJ in SH office. When we thought he alone but turned out SH in the same room. Quitely doing their own things. Married vibe. I'm not ready to say goodbye with this. Plsss give us season 3.

To remember that wintergarden literally took whole season to become a couple officially, Ikjun need a whole season just to decide that he want to pursue his love again, and seokhyeong need almost two season to open his heart, these few episodes of bidulgi's breakup feel so short for me 😂😂😂

Junwan and Iksun’s relationship is my favorite in HP because it gives me a dose of reality. Being in a long distance relationship can really take a toll on your mental health. I was kinda dissapointed at first on how their relationship progressed here in S2 but realized later on that’s how life really works sometimes. Nevertheless, I’m relieved that this time, Iksun took the initiative to confess first and Junwan’s reply brought me hope that he’s not letting her go. Bidulgi endgame!!! 🥺✊

Of all the characters, I can easily relate to Jun wan so I felt bad for him after their break up. I also think he's the lonely guy of the group. It's good to know that Ik sun still wants him.

I’m glad Iksun owned up to her mistakes and apologized to him. NGL since they broke up I’ve been so frustrated at their love story because the angst is being so dragged and Junwan has been so sad this whole season. Hopefully Junwan can be a little bit happier now that Iksun already told everything to him I just want him to have that inner peace in his heart

After they broke up. The bidulgi scene is like a precious grain of gold. Both Jung kyungho and kwak sunyoung are great at performing the acting that gets us immersed in the emotions in their scene. Slowly but surely bidulgi will fly again🥺🤍

I dont think they can can end all the relationships in 2 episodes... 1.Ikjun and songhwa ending up together. 2.Bear couple being in a actual relationship. 3.iksun and junwan patch up 4.Ahn jeon won marriage proposal to winter 5.Silver garden couple And after seeing preview of ep 11..theres gonna be an accident of ikjun/Junwan (personally I think its ikjun)..and ep 11 gonna focus on that.... Brave hearts honestly accepts faults since it can’t defeat its strong beating towards its weakness, JunSun love story are both painful and suppressing to begin with, full of uncertainties yet there is only one thing that makes this couple strongly admirable they both never ceased to love each other. True passion can stand the time!!! Just hang in there Kim Junwan and Lee Iksun ❤️❤️❤️

I used to watch another romantic k drama which have the cliche conflicts, and watching hospital playlist just make me think... oh there are some kinds of relationship.. there are love stories which not just about sweet lovey dovey but also up n down.. and it more realistic.. I love how this bidulgi couple trying to solve their problem without intimidating way.. they're still respect each other. It's just beautiful.

Get married! So Ikjun can focus on pursuing/dating Songhwa. Jeongwon will have an apartment of his own and have an alone time with Gyeoul☺️...
