Yes, Somebody is my fave~! I was also confused the first time I heard it and thought it might have some auto tune or voice production that changed it a bit BUT he sang it live during his Golden showcase - and he sounded that exactly and even better!! He did say he had to change his voice/tone up a bit for this song. He is such a vocal genius~! Also, you need to check out GCF BUDAPEST. PLEASE!! And I look forward to your reaction to it. Please wear a helmet in case you might fall or faint 😁😁😁

Shot glass of tears is my favorite ughhh it's just so good!! I'm not even a huge fan of slower/ ballad-y songs but this one is just so good. His voice, the emotions, the rhe lyrics, the instrumental.. it's amazing

I still cant pick my fav in golden till now but all I know too sad to dance was the song that i cried over while listening to it for the first time cz its lyrics were so relatable to me 😭 also in somebody's first verse most went surprised of his voice thinking it wasnt even him singing but yll that was just jk singing in low register didn't yll know how he sounds in low register i knew it since they sang arirang yll remember? and his part particularly went viral bcz of his voice back then

@@anushka13060 I have a feeling that some of these writers may have been writing these songs for JK. they may have gone through BTS songs to get some references and use it in their songs... SNTU has so many BTS and JK song references ... left and right, rain , DNA, fire...

JungKook did the Golden on stage live, this was before he went to do his military service. I recommend you react to it cuz it’s so amazing. I had goosebumps watching it and knowing it was his last promotional for about 18 months until BTS come back from military service.

With “Somebody” in the beginning, it is Jungkook, it’s just the low tone, plus the reverb and a hint of autotune. I really really liked that sound on him though. He slays it.
