Please, I feel so confused, you said "they didn't get along in the past" but in 2013 when BTS debuted, they were first friends with each other, Tae said JK was the first one that caught his attention and felt comfortable with, and JK admitted that Tae was the one who got him out of his shell and that's actually so true, JK used to be very shy and reserved, he's emotional and couldn't be comfortable with the others in the beginning but because of Tae he started to be more wild and have fun with others which lead to him getting confidence... There are many moments and situations that showed to us how close they were, I mean if you don't know, they're actually the biggest ship in K-pop, the pair became very famous in 2015-2016 because of how they used to be together a lot, and even without those moments, there are many subtle situations that shows how much they know about each other, for example the members would always forget stuff about Tae or JK but these two are very quick to correct them, like for example Jimin once talked about Tae's height and then JK corrected it with the right height, or when the members were asked what color JK's room is and all were answering wrong but Tae answered right, or how any of these two will say something and they will correct each other, even the other members get very impressed, this is something you only do/know when you get well and interested in the person!!! BUT in 2018, many of us noticed a huge shift in their relationship, they looked distant from each other and literally no moments with each other, and then the famous scene from their reality show where they made a "date" with them to explain how far they changed but strangely they only let JK to talk, the editors of the program added very unnecessary captions that weren't said by them like "they are uncomfortable with each other" and that "they fought" but we never got to see that fight like they did with all the other members (they showed a huge fight between Tae and Jin), it seemed as if that was scripted with some truth lies inside it... 2018, 2019 and 2020 were very weird for these two, and the whole fandom started the whole "they're uncomfortable with each other"... I may get ALOT if hate because of what I am gonna say but this is just my opinion based on my 5 years of stanning bts and being an army fir so long and seeing all the changes they went through.. That devil card, the one person that was close to both but said things behind their backs and put them against each other, there is ONLY 1 person I could think of, bc he was the one who benefited the most of tae and jk's separation, that person is Jimin.. Again this is MY opinion based on my observations for years, n i followed those 3 very closely.. It will be long comment but beared with me.. So at the time when tae and jk were close they were the most popular members, the later was also popular but not as popular as these two, then tae started his drama end of 2015 start of 2016, and things started to change between him and jungkook after that.. Jungkook became closer with jimin, jimin and jungkook fan service got more and more and more, you could see how the company pushed this so much if you look at the content these two has together, even know it has been YEARS since last time we saw jungkook n taehyung get in the same car.. It is ALWAYS jimin and jungkook together. Some will say, they maybe living together or close to each other or maybe they are the most comfortable with each other.. But to be honest tae and jungkook were the closest but what is strange is how tae was left out and the one who still had the two close to him but not close to one another, is JIMIN. Jimin calls himself tae's soulmate and jungkook's best friend meanwhile jungkook and tae aren't in their best period in their relationship.. I mean normally you will try to bring your best friends together but i feel like jimin was the one who made them fell apart, like he was the reason behind that by saying things and starting up drama in very smart way to the point he kept them by his side but against each other.. N right when tae + jungkook relationship started to go down fall, jimin + jungkook relationship got better n better and I Do Believe that the company had a favorite member and that member is Jimin..
