Jungkook said the “never let go” repeated chorus part is long because he actually tailored that part for a house dance performance. But he didn’t had enough time to record the performance before going to military. He was taking house dance lessons back in 2022. It’d have been more amazing to see the performance aswell but still it’s so good. Love how these festa songs are these unhinged outlets for his creative freedom. We got a jazz-lofi hit SWY, lyrics from our wv messages My You and now a hyperpop fused pop track because he got inspired from a sample... he's so UNPREDICTABLE and I love that.

Honestly, I can't have negative comments about a fan song. The fact that he thought of us and wanted to give us a gift is what matters the most. This song is not meant to be rated. It's a song where he expresses his feelings for his fans. And that touched me a lot. All that matters to me is the message behind it. And all the disrespectful people in the comments, you are not real ARMYs, so this song is not for you. We don't need your opinion.

This was never meant to be a song that required it to be rated. It's a thank you letter to ARMY, a love letter, if you will, and even though the 'never let go, go, go, go' is rather hmmm, it's still catchy. Taken in the context of a sweet and loving message to all BTS fans, instead of a rateable bop, it deserves our returned love, not ungrateful comments. I'm truly saddened by the lack of compassion, respect and understanding that I've seen here. 😢😢😢

I won’t bother watching bc of the comments but that’s one things I dislike about this channel and his chat. He built these wanna be music critics. I’ll admit that when I first heard the repeated chorus I wasn’t a fan but once I read his weverse message I understood completely. He didn’t have enough time for a performance, so I won’t hold that over him. Thankfully I personally love Bieber which to me that’s what it’s giving so I really like the song. 💜

Did you mother never teach you good manners? I never heard him say he wasn’t happy with the result. He wasn’t happy that he didn’t have time to do the dance/performance with it. He explained that this was written in a certain house dance genre and that genre has these repeating instrumentals. Rather than an instrument, he used HIS instrument, his voice. You don’t have to like it, but you also don’t have to be insulting. You chose to be that kind of person.

TO AMERICAN FANS: Please stop asking for more "inclusivity" of other ethnicities on Korean TV shows, movies, Kpop singers, dramas, etc. It's no different from asking African countries (i.e. Kenya, Nigeria, Sudan, etc) or Arab countries in the Middle East for more inclusivity. Where just about every actor, news anchor, commercials are it's own ethnicity. Each country has its own customs, culture and traditions that needs to be preserved, otherwise these countries would lose it's own uniqueness that makes each nation different. You can't compare South Korea or any other country to America whose identity is about diversity. But that is not the case for other countries, including South Korea. Ya'll became Kpop, K-Drama and other Korean content fans because you grew to appreciate South Korean actors, Kpop stars, celebrities because you couldn't find this type of content & Korean artists on American TV in the past or even now. Which is not a good look for American media entertainment which pushes for "diversity & Inclusion" except for Asian Americans, especially Asian males who are hardly in any American movies, tv shows, commercials, ads, etc. And we have to realize there are millions of Asian Americans in contrast to South Korea where there are only a few foreigners.

I'm not impressed with this song. The only reason I listened to it even once is because it's a BTS member and because Jino reviewed it. Too bad because JK has made better choices with songs.
Just like any artist, there are songs they do that might be our favorite, or maybe not. I felt like the music drowned him out a bit. Not sure of the beat. I will continue to listen to it. Doesn't mean it's bad at all! Saying it's not my favorite does not make me negative! It definitely doesn't mean I'm not an army! I love everything about JK. To say everything BTS is perfect is unrealistic. Close, but unrealistic. Saying that about them puts a lot of pressure on them. I love all the guys, will always support them!

First I love the fact that JK is experimenting and learning new things. That should be encouraged and applauded, not ridiculed as though you could do better. I love the beat, the arrangement, the sentiment and lyrics. When I realized that the song was written to be a performance song in the house dance genre, that there were 11 “Never Let Go” in the chorus for 11 years of BTS and that the repetition is a staple part of the house genre, I began to understand and appreciate it more. I’ll admit I was a little confused about the long chorus, but now I understand why it is that way. I knew that haters, solos, antis and people with strong biases and not kind heart would be critical. I don’t think anyone in ARMY should be surprised by that. Also, some people are just rude. There is nothing we can do about that. As far as the song, though, the more I listen to it, the more I like it.

I am not a fan of the repetitive "go" especially that long stretch... that part sounded like a broken record, but I liked everything else. I know he meant that part for a performance, but I still thought that part was way too long and didn't add anything good to it.
