I think he's definitely the best living performer in the world that is under 30. Most ARMY would agree with that, I think, if they strip all the biases away. I know there are many amazingly talented young performers in musical theatre and kpop that are possibly at Jungkook's technical level, but his charisma as a global icon is what gives him the edge. Many people have the technique, but very few can hold your attention like he can.
