JKs voice is ultra refined......the enunciation is top tier whether he sings in Japanese, Korean or even English...he is one of those blessed with a perfect pitch..... he can easily sing and compete with Pop artists from the West....no doubt about this....

My obsession with Stay Alive is very real. Suga wrote the lyrics, the production he created is so freaking cinematic (one of his signature things). Then he handed it off to JK who put a melody/ did all the vocals on top of the beat. Yoongi says Jk is yeh most talented vocalist he’s ever worked with and he does this so quickly too. Still with you is another one that is sooo good and moody, written for how much JK misses Army during the pandemic. Euphoria needs no words it’s pure light and happiness.

1. I love seeing you have a meltdown over JK's voice LOL. His voice was the first thing that caught my attention when I first got into BTS. Yoongi has said multiple times that JK is the most talented singer he's ever seen. BTW, in addition to producing it, Yoongi also wrote the lyrics to "Stay Alive", on a plane on his way to the US. 2. The live performance of "Euphoria" is a must-see. 3. "Still With You" is my favorite song by JK. The voice, the melody, the music style. There's a clip of him singing this in a livestream and he sounds exactly the same as the studio version. He sings so effortlessly. And the fact that he wrote the song himself is just icing on the cake. 4. How do you choose a favorite vocalist in BTS? They're so talented in very different ways. 5. JK's very recent cover of Oasis's "Let There Be Love" is heavenly. 6. The way you have a hard time choosing a favorite song LOL. One way to make an ARMY have a mental breakdown is telling them to make a top 10 list of their favorite BTS songs. It's torture, I tell you.

Bang Chan is a huge fan of Jungkook. He says that whenever he feels down, he listens to Euphoria.

Jungkook's style of singing is unique to him only even from the way he breathes to how light and airy his voice is... his voice conveys so much emotion and it's very captivating to listen to. My absolute fave JK song is decalcomania. It’s only 45 seconds long and he has since deleted it. He wrote it when he was having a hard time reconciling his image of himself with the image people have of him. It’s haunting and showcases his lower register

The fact that Still With You was put up for free for Armys is just wild, and we had to wait YEARS before it entered spotifyyyyy! It would have reached a billion streams by now if it had been in spotify cuz its just too good

The reason why they are the best is because all of them are uniquely talented. Their voices are all differently special. Jungkook, for me, is "the best vocalist of this generation" really. He is just very talented. I'm just sad that you had a not so good first impression of Jimin. I am a Jimin bias and he is the reason why I am an Army. I'm glad though that you loved his voice. No other idol in kpop sounds like Jimin. But, i love each and every member. You'll be more surprised with their group songs...promise! They are the best when they are together... I've been a kpop Stan since 2015 and I can confidently say that jungkook has one of the best if not the best singing voice In the industry. Even though I'm more of a stay and moa than army but his voice is really something else.

Euphoria is truly a masterpiece. 5 years being an ARMY, I always play this song almost everyday. I don't know it gives me some kind of feeling that I cannot really explain everytime I listen to it. I know it's not an OT7 song but this is my no. 1 song from BTS. This is the kind of song that is timeless and I will never get tired of listening to. I also agree with you that this is the right song to introduce Jungkook to someone.

Since i am jungkook biased, out of all his songs, I can’t choose a favorite 😭 but lately, seven has been stuck in my head Lol- and ik how every kpop idol has their own unique voice, but something about Jungkook’s voice, it just hits different- his voice is very soft,light and elegant, but there’s so many other ways to describe his voice that I just can’t describe/get out….But I would also like to give some credit to suga, for producing, his work is so amazing and he did an amazing job on stay alive

I don’t agree about seven. I think it just wasn’t to your taste. Personally it’s my favourite solo he has, so I think seven is an amazing introduction to him for someone new. I also actually think that none of his solo songs so far will truly show you the whole range of what he can do vocally. For that you need to watch his lives!

I understand what you are saying about “Seven”, BUT I think most people focused more on the video and the beat. I challenge you to listen again and pay attention especially to his background singing. It is actually amazing.😊 If you haven’t reacted to him singing “Let there be love” yesterday, you will love it. and I heard he was still under the weather when he sang it. Just breath taking. If I get a vote (which I don’t 😂) don’t choose between them. Enjoy and appreciate them equally for what they each give to you. i remember chan listening to this song in his live and he kept praising jungkook saying how he is top tier in this industryy😂😂he wos not wrong tho.....also bangchan once said that they are friends and he admires jungkook a lot as an artist...also years ago bangchan was jamming on euphoria in his live and he shared how much he loves the song and also that he listens to the song when he's having a hard tym since it helps him feel better and uplifted...i guess it is available on youtube if you look it up as bangchan reacting on stay alive and euphoria

I have kinda love/hate relationship with JK. He is amazing singer. He is very versitale. I love his parts in BTS songs and his adlips are amazing. I like his voice. I do. But... I dont like his solo songs. 😂 Only songs i like are Still with you and Stay alive. I am able to listen Euphoria with reactors but its all. Rest... I tend to log out. 😂 Its shame. I like him. But his style dont resonate with me. I have similar problem with V too. Its shame.

Yeah! Their new stuff or songs might be very catchy and good but there are a lot more of spectacular songs BTS has and even with their solo songs before. You will be surprise every time you dive more about them specially the amount of different styles of singing and rapping for every genre. They are all special and valuable and you need them all in different ways. I love them so much as OT7 but it just that JIMIN has a special place in my heart that I can't explain and I'am excited for your reaction for his solo songs especially SERENDIPITY, FILTER, LIE AND PROMISE. It will be very difficult to choose one bias but there is a saying that 'You are not the one who get to choose your bias, your bias chooses you' and I think it is based on who among them you can relate and more attach to. I just love watching other new people react to them and be amazed with their talent just like how they influenced my perspective in life. It seems pretty clear to me that, "Seven," is aimed squarely at the U.S. market by being as 2023 radio-friendly as it possibly could be. In the case of BTS' English-language songs, they've sent some signals that it was more of a business decision than an artistic choice. OTOH, the CK ad campaign + the new single seem VERY much like the choices of a man who wants to state that the child we all knew has grown up. Jungkook has always been a huge fan of singers like Justin Bieber, Charlie Puth, Shawn Mendes, Lauv - "Seven," to my ears, is on par with a Bieber-type single - smack dab in the middle of where American Top 40 radio is right now. It makes perfect sense that JK would choose to go in that direction, even more so, now that HYBE owns Ithaca Holdings & has access to their Rolodex of producers & songwriters...

Euphoria was THE song that propelled me into Kpop. I heard Euphoria on the hit show "Euphoria" and I literally ascended to heaven and had full-body chills! It easily became my top 3 kpop song's of all time and never get tired of hearing it. Like you said it gives you the feeling of euphoria when you hear it. Highly recommend JK cover of Fallin!
