That aggro at 12:04 happens too often, its because of the darn bleed haha. Btw, you can also Q on your teammates and your own minions. Like for example at 14:42 you could have used Q on your Kennen behind you :D

We need a supercut of the games where you ran it down! It's definitely preferable to see how you play the champ effectively, but it's equally informative to see how to play it poorly.

I think Briar is a long range, loli version of Warwick. This video went from participation award Brohax, to a god-mode Broxah. Briar is a beast!

Okay… this first game has to be one of the most enjoyable games you’ve had so far in all of league. This champ has insane potential and probably a ridiculously high skill cap. Love it!

I'd love to see your first experience playing Briar. Maybe it's not a masterclass on how to play, but surely it would be hilarious and entertaining.

It's so funny, the only other LoL RU-vidr I watch has been doing crazy good on Briar, and I have a lot of faith in my guy Broxah, but it just goes to show sometimes champs resonate differently with different folks. If it would be helpful, I recommend maybe learning some of the gameplay style and patterns of PekinWoof on Briar, both bruiser version and lethality. He does play her mostly mid & bot but there are some significant differences in how both of you play that might help to learn from. Peace

I have been spamming briar mid and I just love the champ. If you get rolling, you are unstoppable. I found most success with duskblade, prowlers, collector, bc type of build. After a few games of getting used to the champ I can now consistently win lane. Any melee mid is free food for briar. Like Yone, Yasuo, Zed, Talon, they cant trade with your sustain. Of course take it with a grain of salt, since I'm playing in gold elo, but thats exactly where briar fits XD 25 kill games, just run around and murder everyone, deprive enemy jg on their camps and slowly suffocate the enemy. Crossmap ults when you are fed are a death sentence to anyone. I just love playing Briar! EDIT: She feels so lackluster if shes behind tho...

Briar Content is pretty funny tbh. Especially all the highly ranked players like yourself just showing how much of s struggle it is to get her under the belt. the self taunt is a great fun mechanic and hilarious to watch.

I played 50 games of her and went from Emerald 2 all down to Plat 1 and f'd up my 60% winrate and LP gain. But man .. she's just so fun to play! Hope you're enjoying playing her aswell, Mr. Broxah :)

some recommended things from someone who has literally turned into an OTP on this champ since her release 1: never buy HP pots on this champ, you will NEVER need one the sustain is way too good 2: overgrowth is not as useful as revitalize, game loves suggesting overgrowth for her but Briar's kit has increased healing based on how low she is (not too far from how warwick's passive works). Revitalize works incredibly well with both her kit and one of her favoured items (goredrinker) 3: don't try and 1v1 everyone early, Briar is very good at skirmishing but until she has a lead she is better at engaging and stalling for backup to arrive. 4: Tempo is king on Briar, you don't want to gank so much you don't farm like J4/lee sin might do but you don't want to just farm till 6 like Evelynn/fiddlesticks. Briar wants to gank seemlessly between farming and path so she is always netting some value. 5: take advantage of Briars early free stats, while a lot of junglers really need to back for a first component early Briar can outmatch some champions with just level advantage with no items. Kayn lvl 4 with a dirk is still going to lose to a Briar lvl 5 with no items yet in a strait up 1v1 just because of the free stats she gains from W. Use this to your advantage by being on the map more early to soak up XP like a vacuum while they are not on the map 6: don't be afraid to build to be THE front line when you need to be, Goredrinker/stride might be Briar's best overall items in an ideal game if you can't survive to use it because all of your team are backline champions there is nothing stopping you going Black Cleaver into Frostfiregauntlet or even Jak'so the Protean! these items allow you to be the initial engage and ether soak the initial CC with resistance or have incredible lock down with the frostfire sheen proc slow.

Briar is my new main, I can admit though she makes me miss playing more consistent champions. Especially with her W being a good dash, but will screw you over if there is a champion nearby because then you have no choice but to go in. Your ult though is super OP for a jungler. You can come in on any angle and it’s really good at starting fights when they are grouped around objectives.

I'm gonna be honest. That's some good fucking character design. Holy shit those mechanics. The look. The animations. The infectious psychology of her kit... Fucking perfection.

Okay so Mr.broxah this is what I'm thinking for your next jungle or fumble pick. Jungles in reality are full of all kinds of animals, and one you alway have to watching out for is snakes. So it only makes sense that the snake her self Cassiopia should have a chance to prove that she can be just as deadly in game as her real world counter parts.

Mr. Broxah, I like the build but I would suggest taking Ghost so you can run them down faster and close the gap faster with champions that have mobility. You are the pro though 😂 I am just an Emerald 2 player

he's probably learned this, but to avoid something like 6:00, if you q'd the krugs your w wont aggro on champs.

With Briar you smite red buff early Broxah, since her W deals % missing health dmg. Smiting after you use the second part of your W is inefficient.

Not sure if you gonna see this but a friend of mine has been playing Leona jgl and while he thinks its great, the rest of our 5 stack arent really a fan of the pick. So if you want you may end the discussion once and for all with a Leona Jungle or Fumble? :D

try the on hit build with kraken and rageblade i think its way more fun and pretty effective against a lot of matchups :D

Been playing a bit of briar, and it's weird to me that stridebreaker doesn't feel good at all. Like it makes sense from a build IQ perspective from the active slow and all the stats on it are good, but trinity to me has felt so much better.

I'd love to see a Galio mid with Briar jungle, Briar ulties and Galio follows up, all the cc needed for Briar to run amuck. : )

Problem is that briar is another powerfarmer. She is very strong, deals a tone of damage and has crazy healing. She is busted against squishies. BUT….. she gets super hard countered by bruisers with half way decent cc like Darius and Voli.

How to hold herald like that?

I love the irony of thinking briar is weak early and is comparable to a Kayn. While she denies tryndamere acces to 8 complete waves, proxy defense behind tower, for a full minute and a half. And tryndamere of all champions can't walk up. I also love the irony of thinking a champion is weak early on the ganks, when she has 2 stuns, and nobody is compelling you to press W; and you're a lee sin God. And could go for a flash behind E scream Lee Sin style mechanical R play knock into Kennan. The irony that she is a 30% wr champion, and is played like she's a 30% winrate champion. Is ultimate irony. I really expected to see some disgusting Q flash E plays from the Lee Sin god on briar.

shes fun but her healing needs adjusted. i had a briar with 4.6k hp and she healed from 200 to 4k 3 times in a fight and 1v4 the whole team at 45 min with everyone near full build.

This champ is auto ban for me it's disgusting. I faced her and took 3 quadrants and 1/2 of the 4th almost the whole game and she got 3 multi kills begging 2-4 levels down on everyone

Her heal on her w should be reduced, an assassin shouldnt be able to oneshot you without any counterplay. Not to mention all the other stats and effects she got that are totally unnecessary. This champ builds like a bruiser, oneshots you like an assassin and heals like a support, like riot what doesn't this champ have
