When I hear this, my mind goes straight to that last scene where the camera goes through the halls as they go from the reck under the sea to how it once looked... I don't know why that small take of the hallway gives me so much peace! Maybe it's satisfying to see the transition from damaged to spotless and how the sun made everything seem so safe and warm
Yep! And what’s interesting is I always thought it was the sun too, but if you look at the windows at the right during the transition, it’s actually night out, and when she goes up the stairs, the clock reads 2:20, which is about the time titanic sank.
@@moon-cf2vw WHAAAAATTT??? I'm literally mind blown! I feel like this is one Mandela effect no one talks about... I'm gonna go check the clip right now!!
Maria Jose Céspedes yep it’s crazy! I had heard from some other videos about the time thing, but I also noticed the darkness outside myself which does kind of make sense.
People diss the movie, but it really was and is one of the best movies of time. The emotions are so raw and beautiful, and the music talents like hers brings the viewer into the movie like they are really one that fatal voyage. I cry every time thinking of all those lives carelessly lost
@@shobhitsingh6330 oh shut it! I'm a marvel fan and have been one since 2013 and I can tell u that this movie is one of the best movies to ever exist! Everything about it was so perfect! The movie might have got hate because of box office records that we marvel fans wanted to break but there are always exceptions when it comes to everything... not everyone is born to hate
The movie is massively overrated imo. Not even close to being one of the best movies of all time. Without the soundtrack it would fall flat on its face.
Every time i hear this my mind will always go back to the two old people holding on to each other as thier room was filling with water... burnt in my memory
ida and Isadore Strauss... he owned Macy's department store. He was offered a seat in a first class lifeboat and refused. She similarly refused, saying, "We'll die as we've lived--together."
The sadest part is that the exact same thing happened to a couple in Greece some weeks ago. They were on vacation and a strong rain trapped them in the house with a huge amount of water. They find them hugging each other on the bed. 😥
Her voice carries nostalgia, love, despair, art, nature, depth of a vast ocean, life, death and peace. It's magical, powerful, heavenly and beyond words. Like every time you hear this humming piece.. just makes you pause, rethink life and the world we live in. Which familiar mixed emotions and memories resurfaces that also kind of influenced by the nostalgic scenes of the movie. Straight up dramatically connecting to your soul... literally aches your heart and heal it at the same time.
It’s songs like this that make me realize how precious life really is. I am a little strange to most, because I can see outside the box. I always look up to the stars knowing that we humans were not a mistake. The day we stop fighting against ourselves is the day we will transcend. One thing I realized long ago is we are all connected. We are connected by the ground and by the air we breath. The air you breath is connected across the entire Earth. We really are all one only separated by our individual minds. I can’t project my mind completely in words. I’m here today, but tomorrow I might not be. You don’t know me nor do I you, but the air I breath is connected to the air you breath 😉
When you look up at the stars you realise how many lives have lived and seen the same stars, how many lives are living now and seeing the same stars and how many lives will live and see the same stars it makes us all connected to the past, present and future. It makes me feel important yet humbled at the same time but through these stars we know that we have purpose and I think part of it is to look out for each other just as the stars look over us and that’s the only way the world can work
It was a massive letdown as main focus audience. Teenage girl! I was a million times more excited watching 'A Night to remember' just in living room on TV by surprise without media marketing hype 10 yrs earlier as a elementary school kid! James Cameron added nothing advancing 40 yrs later with tremendous new film technology development. Everything looked for the first time very computer-artificial even thou it was not learning many yrs later. Now that's what I call SH!T! Not even to mention the bogus overblown lovestory! The music theme is OK, but not due to screamy-squeeky Celine or cheeesy lyrics of MHWGO but for the arrangement and Sissel giving it A FEEL. Incredible coming from Terminator/Terminator 2 which was pretty much my fav movie back then!
@@BEEyonced LOL. Titanic did not open to hype. It was expected to be a flop. Its second week collection was greater than the first. It was all word of mouth. The hype was after people started watching the movie and it became the talk of the town. It bought back audiences to the cinemas who've never been to the cinemas since sound of music. And they did not watch it once, they watched it twice. Thats why it's Box office records was something no other movie of that time could touch. You are entitled to your taste "Manly Man!". Hope your taste in movies makes you feel like a man. But the ticket buying public, many of whom don't really go watch movies usually, felt it was a once in a lifetime event.
@@m3mario What kind of idiocy is that reply? Totally off-topic! How can a teenage girl feel 'manly man'?! Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, Ghosts, Dancing with Wolves those were the movies by heart! And even if I were ain't LGBT hippest these days - undissable?!!! Titanic was utter trash and never needed for so many Titanic movies prior already. Trash millenials just need to learn watching more than their contemporary Shitney Spears & Tschassdin Weeener bullshittery! Boring, to long and not living up the hype if you seen earlier Titanic movies! That doesn't mean that a junk of ordinary ppl swallowing up anything til down to Teletubbies gotten a kick out of it! No a 100 million production invested Blockbuster by 20th Century Fox is not word of mouth like a 2 million independent movie but strategically marketed with many more millions on advertising! Alone the soundtrack single being released shortly before charting worldwide at No. 1 stirring up the curiosity! O.S.T. used to be a huge marketing tool. Magazines, red carpet premieres and all that could be done MINUS internet! Y'all not used to the 90ies, eeh?! Fukk Millenials! 🗑️
@@BEEyonced I did not know you are a teenage girl. Sorry. I thought you were calling me a teenage girl. Also, my point was, many people feel differently about this movie, and the proof is in ticket sales. No amount of pre movie hype can account for the success Titanic had. The real hype was after the movie got released and after people started watching the movie. If it was pre movie hype, how can you explain the second week sales being higher than the first? Or how can you explain the number of weeks it was at number one in the box office. It’s because of the hype after the movie got released. And that’s because a lot of people loved it. You not liking it is totally up to you.
@@mika-animations 1. I'm obviously not the only one that cried since almost every normal human would have and a bunch of people commented that they cried. 2. Yes I'm a softie but that doesn't mean I cry at everything
@A. Sayied the fact that whenever I watch the movie the first 2 seconds make me cry every time. And I've had people say that that makes me a baby but in reality it's a very heavy and deep story.

Amazing..!!! I have gotten so use to the fact that movies always use adaptors and alternators for voices... But this is the first time ever.. That I realize that the voice is real and sounds exactly the same... Then again.. I LOVE JAMES CAMERON'S films.. And he only uses the best .. So I'm not surprised.. He does not settle for whatever like DISNEY!!!!
When someone asks me why you listen to music and not lyrical songs, well.... This is my answer. This was so wholesome for me and she didn't even speak a single word
I have watched Titanic a looot of times since I was about 6 years old and I remember thinking during these first years that this was too beautiful to actually be sung by a human :D
Wow! Such an impact it has created... I'm from Mumbai and want to know what was it like when it was released in more details as I have heard from my parents it was very successful in India too!
@@AntarikshRajkonwar Everyone who could afford it had watched it multiple times. Once with friends, once with family, once with family friends. You never tired of it. Moreover, this is one of those movies that looks better on a big screen. When you see the ship for the first time, it looks massive! When you are the level of a little towboat approaching the Titanic at night, you feel the massive, dark behemoth towering over you. The iceberg looked legit dangerous. Then there was the fact that it was everything a Bollywood movie needs to be in order to win the box office: a love story, class conflict, song and dance, opulence, opposition from family, tragedy, sacrifice and undying love.
