Forest guard Bhera Ram Bishnoi, fondly known as Bheru, spends a large part of his life patrolling the jungles of Rajasthan's Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary. Ironically, this champion of Kumbhalgarh's wildlife believed that the sanctuary was barren when he first moved here. He speaks about how that perception has changed over the years and how he has fallen in love with the landscape and its wondrous creatures.

Its my dream which i see from my open eye that kumbhalgarh become a tiger reserve 😊 Wish i could see it coming into reality on my lifetime only 😊 Udaipur and adjacent area is getting commercialise very fast and unless we don't make a toger reserve all this forest will be digested by mining mafia builder and poachers 😢

Before watching this documentary my mentality was timid cause i had this perception that only higher officials can do extraordinary and lower staff just follow a ordinary life but now i've a whole another taste. Real warrior is root level guards and rangers. They are unsung heroes mostly underpaid ,no arms and ammunition and face animal attacks and poachers attack with a bare lathi .

He is an amazing man. I know him and have been around with him. I wish we had more people like him. He must be supported. And he must train others. He is also an amazing photographer. He must be given a good DSLR camera and a telephoto lens.
