because with this build u want to fight a lot, and in the jgl, except footfleet rune, u dont prock any other rune

@@matthewkam34 because u have empowered attack that scale AP and AD and u also stack HP with grasp, so u are tankiness and do a lot of damage, maybe phase rush is viable, PSA make voli squishy

@@matthewkam34 grasp will proc instantly more times, phase rush is so fast if u do the correct combo (hitting the 3rd ability basically)
