Many of the seniors are still living in the old feudal and British era. If a btech graduate join an IT firm he'll get a decent wage. After spending 5 years in a law college a junior must get atleast minimum wages. Otherwise only those from privileged families can excel in the profession. Atleast now a cji has raised this issue.

Unique deliberation of CJI, a grass root realizer of bare needs and realities of our social system. His emphasis on plight of young lawyers, their training is full of compassion, an epitome of harmony and balance in the society. His concern for poor litigants and have nots is commendable. For the first time country has got a DTC traveller Chief Judge, a soul of humility, though coming from well placed the highest learned family background yet feels empathic of common pains surely do a great justice to the judiciary sometimes perceived to be in slumber. He speaks from the balance of his mind and heart. God bless such unique soul to live healthy ever an invaluable asset to the society, judiciary and Nation. 👍🏼👍🏼

For the first time I listened a brillient motivational speech by the CJI. He is a man with a vision and knows and understands ground realities of life. Hattsupp sir. May God give him strength to play his role as CJI fearlessly and without bias. In past few years , Judiciary has lost credibility due to some unbelievable judgements. Dear Justice , your exceptional understanding of law and fantastic speech can and is collecting lots of Applause 👏, But please punish the Corrupt Judges, Lawyers ( government service) and A rule that I cannot change Lawyer without a Consent ( no objection certificate) from the lawyer. This legal procedure is too Archaic , and Corrupt Lawyers take full advantage of this to cheat their customers. Why can't we have consumer grievance against these Corrupt practices and responsible appropriate action against these Lawyers

I am Junior advocate in Allahabad High Court.. our seniors counts lakhs of rupees in front of us but they never gave us a single penny.. we runs everytime one to another court rooms to make passover or mention or to argue in minor cases. Sometime I don't have a single rupee for bike's petrol or to reacharge mobile. they can donate 500 to peons of court or state after every argument. but they can't give even 100 rupees monthly to juniors.

When I passed high school exam of 11th grade and expressed desire to be a lawyer, I was advised by prominent lawyers of the day that a temple of justice that I see is not actually there, so with good marks, be something else.🙄 it is good to see changes are coming after decades, but what is the impact of a judgement of the court today? People and Babu Raj just ignore it in many many cases. When the extrajudicial actions of Babu is going to disciplined?🤔

Sure, Sir, In quality management era fool proof protocol must be there in all sphere of life. Election commission, Common daily MRP tax payers poor citizen no participation in Parliament Decision about basic needs. On the other hand they contribute 7/8 pay commission basic needs provision. Great attention needed for improvement of qualification for all. Mentioning hathras UP, and MAHARASTHRA COURT WITHOUT FEMALE TOILET TO JUDGES,, A VITAL POINT TO RAISE THE ISSUE. Every profession(ex- CA articleship)has certain guidelines to members on paying stipend to juniors. Bar council should also give strict guidelines to members on stipend. On breach impose professional misconduct.
