They never ask us to do anything but yeah they sometimes asks if we have something like- salt ,let ketchup stuff( we all live in hostel) I've never seen them being nowhere near a bully like in this video

Our college had the tradition of a senior gifting something from his precious collections (not the purchased ones) to his favourite junior on college's last day. My senior gifted me his lucky steel flask bottle that he carried in every exam and match. The bottle is kept there in the memory corner of my house today, after 10 years of being graduated. I gifted my antique multipurpose Swiss knife to my favourite junior on my last day of college. No one else had such a unique knife in the entire college 😄 It was indeed very special cuz it was a possession that I purchased in my engineering third year with my own income. Some bonds from college are really amazing and unforgettable, some seniors are truly big-brother personalities who introduce you to the outside world and protect you from every problem 😇
