The berries of the Juniper tree have been used since ancient times both medicinally and spiritually in many cultures including the Babylonians, Greeks, Egyptians and Native Americans. Adam I adore every video you have made. I've seen over 90% of your channel and I must confess I've seen them more then once. I think the things you inform us about rather is be essential oils, crystals, animal counterparts to zodiac signs are amazing. You are amazing and full of wonder and everything nice... Juniper berries (4-5 dried and chewed) is a quick and handy gastric symptom reliever.. from bloating or over eating. Intestinal gassiness is also assisted. I have a long necklace of juniperberry beads from a sacred shaman healer near Zion National Park in Utah, USA. Always beautiful and protective. Thx for your insight. Im gonna take a full week long personal mental emotional meditation detox at a yogic retreat center- this week- after some very difficult months. Fondly enough I brought my dried berries so will use them therapeutically, also will check with some local herbalists for the oil to add to my soul quest- thank you for your wisdom.

My bedtime diffuser blend tonight has juniper berry in it and is a bit different. I have 3 drops spike and 2 drops niaouli and 2 drops of juniper berry. Quite an awesome blend and I feel I will sleep well and my dreams will be more balanced as they have been negative lately. Just intuitively came up with the blend and my room smells so nice

That's so strange lol I was sitting under the Juniper tree in our backyard yesterday (first time I've sat back there). Two LOUD crows or ravens flew overhead cawing, I paused to look up wondering why it was so jolly loud (I never hear loud crows around here). And I didn't relate it to any specific part of my day, but despite my insomnia I actually got restful sleep last night. I'm skeptical, but that crow reference you made really jumped out at me 😂 what is happening!

Adam Barralet me and my husband adore you and your videos and I absolutely understand what you mean when you describe having very vivid dreams while using juniper berry I had a very vivid dream of old memories if me And my husband 10 years ago in the beginning of our relationship. We are re ently getting g into essential oils and are trying to find the crystals you speak if in many of your videos.

I like it in my booze! Gin isn't gin without Juniper berries. I don't know what it smells like neat exactly but I've seen pictures of it--something piney, herbaceous, aromatic, peppery. I don't tolerate alcohol well, but l prefer gin because of it's wonderful aroma, far better than any basic vodka spirit. I am sure the essential oil would make a fantastic Cologne with maybe something like Cedarwood oil.

I have very vivid dreams....is there an oil that might support a deeper sleep with more tempered dreams....like maybe mixing it with lavender. I'm an empath and find in the morning hours from 3-6 my dreams are so vivid and I'm in twilight sleep and dont wake up rested
